This year the dining hall is located on the Asbury University campus in the Johnson Building
(Cafeteria/Dougherty and Gray Dining Rooms (building #17 on the campus map). Other off campus options within walking distance include
restaurants, fast food, convenience and grocery stores. For those
attending the Pre-conference immersion workshop, consider purchasing the 4-day meal ticket. Deadline for purchasing meal tickets is May 15, 2017,
and they cannot be refunded after this date.
Meal tickets are available for anyone. This includes children and adults not attending sessions at the conference. There will be a "pay at the door" option for those who don't purchase a meal ticket.
There will be gluten free options offered at no additional cost at each meal. Please inform us if you have any other specific dietary needs, for example, celiac disease, Crohn’s disease, etc.
Because lodging at the William House and Asbury Inn includes a complimentary
breakfast while the Kresge Dorm and Aldersgate Apartments do not, meal plans have a WITH and WITHOUT a
breakfast option. The 4 day meal plan covers Tuesday dinner through Saturday
lunch. The 3 day meal plan covers Wednesday dinner through Saturday lunch.
Children ages 6 to 11 pay half price. Adults and Children 12 years and older pay full price. Meals for children 0-5 years old are FREE.
The 3 day meal ticket covers Wednesday dinner through Saturday lunch.
The 4 day meal ticket covers Tuesday dinner through Saturday lunch and is recommended for early arrivals and immersion attendees.
